RTTS: Rotting in AA
It's now been 60 games I've been in double A, I'm hitting .449/452/.754 with 15 HR and 66 RBI yet still no promotion. I'm in Rays org. I'm highest overall at SS in org (74) and I went to 4 yrs of college in beginning so I'm 22. Any help is appreciated. Very done with playing AA games lolTags: None -

Seriously, you generally don't spend a significant amount of time in AA unless you are blocked by someone in AAA...or at least that was how it was in the past.est 1978

Re: RTTS: Rotting in AA
Exactly.. I was with Rockies org and Jose Reyes was in AAA in the rosters I'm using so I thought that may have been it even though he was struggling but I asked for a trade and yeah.. Still stuckComment

Re: RTTS: Rotting in AA
I would bet you that you are going to get called up straight to the Bigs within the next 20 or 40 games. You probably won't have to bother with AAA. Straight to the show. So my advice is to be patient and play it out.Last edited by aarondmsu; 04-20-2016, 03:57 PM.Comment

Re: RTTS: Rotting in AA
What's your potential? I don't think it too uncommon to spend a full year in the minors, or even two years. Unless you have a 99 potential, I think an organiziation would be smart to let you get a little more seasoning, & see if you are the real deal or just on a hot streak. Be patient.
Neither Brad Miller nor Tim Beckham are the future of the Rays at short.T-BONE.

Re: RTTS: Rotting in AA
I just made it to All Star game for AA and the month leading up to it I was on a huge hot streak including hitting for the cycle in one game. I am also rated higher than any LF on the AAA roster, yet no call up.
But playing this for years I have learned they seem to call you up at random times.Texas A&M Aggies
Denver Broncos

Re: RTTS: Rotting in AA
I'm with the Rays also and playing 2nd Base. I played all the way up to the 2A Allstar game and was called up to the majors the next day. I was tearing it up AA and the Rays made 2 trades and brought in 2 more 2nd basemen. I was about to ask for a trade a week before the allstar game and chose to wait after. Each day that passed they traded those 2nd basemen away and there was only 3 of us. 1 in each league. At the time I was called up I was only a 74. I like to save my points for the month then increase my attributes.Comment

Re: RTTS: Rotting in AA
It generally waits until you're about to make the AA all star team it seems. I got called up like two weeks before it. Then played in the futures game in AAA. But you should definitely be called up in September to the bigs as part of the September call ups.SneakyPasta92 -- PSNetworkComment
