    (RTTS) Fielding infield flys

What the hell is with fielding in RTTS? The camera circle jerks all around my player making infield flys way too difficult. Is there a better angle or method people are using to react better? I'm sick of recording errors because the control inputs are counter intuitive to the direction your player is running.

Same thing happens when playing the outfield and you get a flyball hit to the warning track. The camera swings around and zooms all the way in on your player and you have no idea where the ball is going. You'd better be in place to catch it before the camera swings or you are out of luck. Combine that with the infield camera issue you mentioned (I actually think it is an issue with the camera swinging and suddenly you start running the wrong direction), and RttS Fielding is horrible this year. Damn good thing the rest of the game is soooo good.

I don't know if they really changed the RttS fielding cameras that much or if they are bugged.

I'm having problems with this as well (1B). However, I'm getting the feel for when to turn the left stick around and if you time it right, it will be a seamless transition. As soon as the camera starts turning: flip the stick. But I can't even imagine how it would be like in the OF

Too much zoom-in, that's the problem. It's pretty difficult to react quickly. And when camera flips around it's a pain. Probably SCEA does it because Showtime, but implementation is poor ( for me, of course ) and a sort of cheat mode which i really don't like. Problem is, if you don't use Showtime, you'll have problems while fielding. If you check MLB 15, you'll probably notice that the camera was more zoom-out. You see balls better and you have more time to react.

I feel Showtime and option's that were removed tweaked a lot of the game play that was established in MLB 14 and MLB 15.

I only get the fast forwarded defensive chances now while playing Short Stop and no organic chances which happened often in MLB 14 and 15. Fast forwarded chances are no fun especially if you like to play a position like Short Stop.

Waiting on the first Gameplay patch and hoping this issue will be fixed along with starting in the first inning like a normal baseball game.
