Who is this dude? And why does he manage every Team I play on by the second year? Is he stalking me?

This is the 3rd RttS player I've played and this guy ends up in the game.. When I was Rttsing the Mets he was "Terry Collins"????

This topic title made me think of a cool game mode they should create. RTTS Manager mode lol, start off as a minor league manager (or even a secondary coach) in hopes to someday become a MLB Manager lol.
