This is my 1st year with The Show/Playstation. I started a franchise last night with 2 teams (ATL/BOS). I wanted to see how the scouting/drafting system worked so i simmed to the draft. I did one day at a time, scouting regions, assigning players to scouts until i got the message they were fully scouted.
Got to the draft and found the following inconsistencies: Is this normal?
(1) All the "Blue Chippers" were gone - and it wasnt a matter of too many picks before me as ATL is #3
(2) the majority of the players i scouted to full were not on the board.
(3) why are the 2 teams available players to draft completely different? I get i am scouting and developing different players based on the scouts primary region, etc. But i dont see how once the draft comes you would not have access to all the available players???
Did i mess something up? B/c if not this seems semi-game breaking IMO. What is the point to putting all the effort into scouting if the draft is gonna come and the game is gonna flush it down the toilet and you are left to just play roulette with the highest potential unscouted players available???
