    The No Hitter That Wasn't

Eduardo Rodriguez is facing the hated Yankees. He was almost taken out in the 7th inning before I realized he had only thrown 58 pitches, and had yet to give up a hit. He gets through the 7th and 8th and into the 9th. My heart is pounding (playing on 2nd hardest for hitting and pitching...all-star?). He gets the first two guys out. Last batter hits a ground ball to short, short comes up, throws to first in plenty of time, ball beats the runner by 5 feet, it is in the dirt, 1B can't scoop it, and then I see it.........."base hit". Runner WASN'T EVEN CLOSE to the base, and I got the next guy to ground out to 2nd. Most frustrating thing ever!

    Baseball...it's weird sometimes.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

When you 'lose' these type no-no's, it makes those you finally get that much sweeter, & appreciate them more. Keep ballin'.
As for difficulty levels, you have your Beginner Level, Rookie, Veteran, All-Star, Hall of Fame, & Legend. And in a mix of all & none of them, is it's own unique difficulty, & my favorite, Dynamic.

And scorers are even weirder sometimes.

That's an error. Period. If the scorer disappears behind the stadium and doesn't show up for work the next day...
