Re: How is this Rewarding?
I hope you guys get it sorted out and I hope mine stays ok.
Also looks like even though the play next game button isn't greyed out, yes it sometime will go back to main menu. It gets greyed out after a series.
Just played 3 more RTTS games with 0 showtime events..Last edited by Skyboxer; 04-30-2016, 02:20 PM.Joshua:

You didn't show what the "Gameplay" fielding options were... if they are also ok then I have no idea.

Re: How is this Rewarding?
I highly agree none of this creates a realistic rewarding baseball experience. I don't understand how some of the more well known name blogs out there are saying this game is amazing! Sure it does some thing's well but misses big in other areas like the actual gameplay of the sport! Either those who wrote the review's are casual Softball Players or don't know what playing Base Ball is all about!
I feel like MLB The Show 16 needs a honest review and not a review that was created one week prior to its release! This game deserves at best a 5.5 out of 10 rating!
If you play the game in RTTS or Player Lock mode you will run into countless errors on defense and base running gameplay. I will not even begin to go into detail. I have captured video on several issues to the point where I just basically gave up playing to see if some of these issues will be patched in the first gameplay patch released. If not I can't give any money to MLB 17.
When you take a step forward in the direction of the modes and gameplay that were created for MLB 16 which get even further away from the core game of Base Ball. It is only a tale tale sign of what's to come. I highly suspect MLB 17 will be even further away from the core gameplay of BaseBall.
It may look like it and the sun and shadows may cast on the field! But it will only be appealing too anyone who is trying to hit a home run and want's to constantly swing the bat for every play. But not to the die hard fans of the sport we feel like something that started out great and promising has been taken away from us.
Not trying to take away from the game studios shine. We all work 9-5's and deal with the work place I get it! But I'm more concerned about the future direction of the game and how it will capture the experience of playing a game of baseball. Because MLB 16 while successful in some areas fails to do so in many other more important areas of the sport!
Also yes the RTTS and Player Lock option to turn off Show Time does not work! I reported this issue first week of the game!Proud member of the 0.04%Comment
