real Player salaries & CPU trading

    Hey everyone.

I was doing some playing around with adjusting the stock contracts to real life. This dawn on me! If you have an "A" potential player making $3.6M/yr for 2-8 yrs. That's a good get.A trade-able contract. But if that same player in real life is making $12M/yr for the same term or less it is not a good trade for the CPU. The CPU recognizes player potential and dollars, not who the player is...

Also when you go through teams an adjust their payroll. I found everyone still has under $10.5M in free money at the start of the franchise. Also the Competitive tax threshold goes up as well.

Just a finding I like to share with everyone...

Now! I didn't sim a season through, but I did take control all teams. I did sim a month and trades were minimum. I have my trade slider at "7" I was able to view everyone's budget. I am not sure what the CPU logic will be like in the off season. But there are some big time contracts coming off the books after the 1st year for many of ball clubs.
