Re: MLB The Show Fantasy Draft House Rules
What do you find too easy? Answering that question may guide you to appropriate house rules.
A couple of things you could try are limiting the number of top prospects you can pick and giving yourself a salary floor (need contracts in excess of some amount so your team isn't so nimble/easy to trade). You could also set a quota of age 30+ players that you have to draft.Chicago Cubs | Chicago Bulls | Green Bay Packers | Michigan Wolverines -
Re: MLB The Show Fantasy Draft House Rules
This is about the only thing I sort of try to do, but then again, if I pick a team of young stars-that-might-be... I'll have a rough year most like (so challenge of dealing with a tough season), and then later, I might be in contract/arbitration hell.
In OSFM, some guys with the top prospect sticker I really don't like in terms of their current development, so the CPU got them and if I'm wrong (and I have been before), they'll get good young talents.
But, I really don't limit myself in draft. There's enough challenges in running a franchise where I feel like I don't really need to handicap myself."Some people call it butterflies, but to him, it probably feels like pterodactyls in his stomach." --Plesac in MLB18Comment
