    At the very least, this is how I think how rainouts would occur in SCEA world:

    I spend 5 minutes picking my pitcher, lineup, scouting my opponent.

    I start the game and see the tarp on the infield.

    Suddenly, a presentation shows Goldschmidt and Trout:

    I'm sure the team owners would be against this ! Injuries from goofing around !
