Low Scoring Games

Hey Everyone

Just playing franchise mode, Dynamic difficulty at Allstar+ for Pitching and Allstar + for hitting,

Early on in the season, ive played about 15 games or so, and most of them are resulting in Low hit-Low Scoring games, 6-5 in Hits and Maybe 3-1 in Score for practically every game, not much diversity

Is this normal?

My first five games

W 2-1
W 10-0
W 9-3
L 6-10
W 4-1

I have diff on Dynamic and right now my hitting is on HOF and pitching is on all-star I believe only after getting my *** kicked in that 10-6 game I was on HOF pitching as well

You wouldn't happen to be playing with the Phillies?

But I would play another 15 games a see if there is any change in results before you really judge.

My games have been pretty even as far as scoring goes. I went through a stretch of about 6 games where I scored 3 runs each game. I was 4 out of the 6 though. Then the next game I beat the A's 5-0.

The odd thing I have noticed is the insane amount of home runs. I'm in a game right now that has seen 5 HR's already between the two teams. I'm up 7-4 in the 8th. I've played some games to a 3-2 or a 3-1 score where all runs were from HR's and nothing else.

My games have been very low scoring. I'm much better at pitching than I am hitting and I was using Hall of Fame pitching and All Star hitting, the games would usually end up 2-1, 2-0, 3-2, etc. My hitting is so bad that I lowered the difficulty to veteran and raised pitching difficulty to legend to try to fix it.

Man I'd just keep going and presume it's an anomaly. This game is crazy like that; you go through a stretch where you have 15 straight 2-1 type games then you run into a stretch where 5 or 6 in a row have finals of 8-6 and 9-7.

I do think guys have a tendency to set their sliders in such a way that the odd 15-10 or 20-6 final score literally never happens, but overall I think if your settings are appropriately balanced you should see a majority of games fall into the range where 3 runs is average, 4 runs is good and 5-7 runs is a lot.

Seems fine to me.

I had a bunch of low-scoring games the first two weeks or so of the season. But my last three games:

W, 7-5
W, 8-3
L, 9-2
