Changing teams in Franchise Mode

In franchise mode, how do you switch from current team to a new team when the three year contract is up?

Do you have GM contracts(?...not sure of the option wording)...set to ON?
If so, when your current contract is up....you should get offers from yours(if you meet certain expectations) and other teams.
You will ALWAYS get at least offers from somewhere.

Thanks for the response, don't recall seeing that but will look for it right now.... Where would that be? If for some reason it's set to off can I change it in the middle of my franchise?

I figured it out... Appreciate your advice!!! I started the league with contracts on off. Is there a way I can change it after starting the franchise?

Unfortunately, no.....however you start....that's the way it is.
