Guess Pitch not working.....

I am new with this game and am playing RTTS but when I got called up to AAA from AA all of a sudden my Guess Pitch option no longer works. It is still there for me to select and see the pitch types but I am no longer able to select a pitch or location. Does anyone know what is happening?

I see the same thing. I pull up the Guess Pitch window, select a pitch, nothing happens.
