Ball & Strikes not matching up with the pitch count

recently, maybe sometime after the last patch i have been noticing the the ball and strikes do not match up with the pitches that have not been thrown for example:

1.a pitcher has a batter on a 1-1 count but his pitch count says he hasn't thrown a pitch yet and the very next batter coming up to the plate with 2-2 count

    2. the first batter of the game is facing an 0-2 count but a pitch hasn't been thrown to him yet and the next batter comes to the plate with a 2-2 count

    3. this time the lead off hitter comes up to the plate with a 1-2 count without a single pitch thrown and the third batter come to the plate with an 0-2 count

My rtts player is not equipped with any perks, showtime is turned off

has this been happening to anybody else?

Set show teammates AB to "all". Not sure if it's a bug or intended but the only pitches that are counted are the ones you actually see thrown, or the ones that are completely summed. If you're on base and a new batter comes up the quick count "pitches" don't count against the pitch count total.
