What's the l8ngest hitting streak you guys have had with a player? Right now Mallex Smith is in the midst of a 17 game hit streak for me. Thats the longest so far.

I just had a 39 game stream by Tulo ruined against the damn Padres, my longest by a long shot. Actually thought I had a chance at 56

I can't recall ever making it past 20 games. I can;t even begin to imagine taking one 30 or 40 games.

47 with Ichiro. Went 0 for 6 in the game that broke it so cant say I didnt have a chance

had 23 in road to the show. but pinch hit at bat in game 24 cost me...didn't get a hit

On 22-game hit streak with Jorge Mateo right now.

Longest ever was one over 30 games with Wil Myers in MLB13. He just took off and for whatever reason I hit better with him than anyone else on the team.

The game doesn't seem to expect streaks this long - there's no commentary for them (at least I never get any referencing Mateo's streak when he picks up his first hit of a game).

Last night against the Mets Mallex Smith is 0-4 with us winning heading into the bottom of the 9th. Im thinking oh well...the hit streak is over. Well, has been the case all season my bullpen was shaky and the Mets send it into extra innings. Smith gets a final chance and with his 5th at bat gets a base hit and drives in the winning run. We win and hit streak still in tact.

I got to 23 with Matt Holliday this year. That is by far my longest with any player in the history of the Show.

Had a 33 game streak with Hanley Ramirez in the 2nd half of my first season. Raised his average from .272 to .295 by the end

I've played every year since MLB The Show '09 (mostly RTTS, all-star level). The best streak I've had is 36 games. I had one or two others that got to 30.


The days off that turn into pinch hitting makes it hard to keep a streak going. You either need a 99 in durability or else no backup for your position in order to play every day in RTTS and avoid the pinch hit.


And, of course, sometimes no matter how well you're hitting, bad luck can screw you over. I've had many days where I crushed the ball 4 times and never got a hit.
