    Big draft pick problem

I've noticed in about 10 guys that I've actually drafted that are Sp,Rp, or Cp have a major attribute problem. Changeup velocity. I've drafted flame throwers who throw 100 mph fastballs and they throw 91 mph change ups, which is reasonable. But I also have guys who throw 95-90 and every single one of them have like 11 change up velocity which means they throw they're fastballs only 1-2 mph harder than they're change up.

I've seen this as well. I just edit it when I see it.

You can actually avoid this by deliberately Not training your pitcher's "stuff" via Bullpen Session in the training menu

Only do Pitch Coaching Session. Bullpen Session doesn't actually effect your pitchers performance in-game, neither during Sim or actual gameplay. It's all artificial, your guy will throw faster & ect sure, but K/9, H/9, BB/9, HR/9 & the others are the most important stats when trying to manipulate pitcher performance. You can have a pitcher that throws everything in his arsenal at 88-80 MPH, but with a 99 K/9 rating? He will strike out 300+ during Sim & miss bat after bat during gameplay

Control still matters quite a bit, more during gameplay than Sim, but 60+ in that rating is sufficient if the BB/9 & H/9 ratings are strong/respectable pretty much no matter what

Some pitchers do come out of the draft with this flaw though, especially those with 99 Velocity, & nothing can really be done about it

Yeah that's really my problem with it.

All the cpu pitchers throw 92 Ch

I drafted a SP who throws 95 with a 90/91 mph change up. I rarely throw it, just mix his 4 seam and 2 seam with a good slider

I actually have a drafted SP who throws a 92 MPH fastball, tops off at 93, and his changeup is 89 MPH, topping off at 90. At first I was pretty annoyed at it, but the more I pitched with him, the more I realized that his changeup is extremely effective because of the movement.

It drops from the middle of the zone to below the knees, it's a crazy pitch, but more like a splitter instead of a changeup.

I play every game on HOF and he's 14-6 with a 3.21 ERA. The dude is awesome. When I throw his changeup with 2 strikes it's almost a guaranteed strikeout or ground ball (unless I hang it )

Lance McCullers' changeup is like this (In the game and in real life) I love it. But he throws around 94-95 with his fastball.
