I am just a few days into april 2016 on mlb schedule and I am wondering if it is cheese to do a few trades now ? like the shields and chapman trades ?

I'm gonna echo what others said....its your game, your world, do whatever ya feel like doing. Dont worry what others think about it.
Me personally, I use 30 team control...but the ONLY thing I use it for is to make real life transactions and keep my franchise rosters as updated as possible, reguardless of the time of year.Let's Go Mets!!!Comment

Yup I share those concerns. And while I too will echo the sentiment of "make it yours", I personally make little to no splashy moves in the first season of any project I'm doing (Show and Madden mostly).
If you have that voice in your mind feeling something might be cheese, it can come back down the road if you made to many or changed too much. I've ruined a couple that way over the years.Comment
