So this doesn't happen often but it happens probably 1 out of every 6 times. Anyone know what is going on??? Usually it negates the last out of the inning and the next guy makes me pay........

2nd baseman doesn't throw to first on double play
Happens way too often and wondering if anyone knows why? Throw cancelling is off also. I control the shortstop (lindor) who throws to Kipnis on the bag, but when I try to throw to first he makes the motion but the ball doesn't come out. The animation plays out like when I ball player makes a smart decision to not throw the ball (hangs onto it after making the throwing motion) because he clearly has no chance to get the batter at first. However, this happens when there are slow runners and I would pretty much have a for sure double play.

Re: 2nd baseman doesn't throw to first on double play
My initial thought would be that you are cancelling the throw, but with it being off, I'm not sure what would be causing it.
To me it sounds as though its a bug.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

I was just thinking about posting this. Been happening way too often for me as well. Throw canceling is off and many times when it is an easy double play.Comment

Not sure why he wouldn't be covering the bag, but watch a replay to make sure someone is actually over there to see why the middle infield won't attempt that throw.Comment
