Runners taking extra bases for no reason & suicide squeeze cheating!

I have 2 issues with the CPU AI that really drive me nuts!

Example 1

CPU batting man on first with no outs the batter gets a base hit to left field runner on first heads to second while the ball is thrown back into the infield just about to reach the shortstop base runner rounds second and continues on to third base with my shortstop just standing there holding the ball the base runner continues and rounds third and heads home. And of course I very easily throw him out at home plate!

I see this happen at random times and has me saying to myself WTF was that everytime lol

Is it safe say this is a gameplay bug?

Example 2

9th inning CPU batting with me winning 4 to 3 runners on second and third and third with 1 out batter suicide squeezes and runner on third scores easily as only out is at first base.

Now I realize the suicide squeeze is apart of baseball but the problem I have here is that the CPU seems to do it a lot more then it would happen in real life and so it has become what I think you guys would call a "Cheese" play as in cheating or not fear.

I would love to see these two gameplay issues fixed in MLB The Show 17.

I've seen the squeezing happen a lot - I've started throwing balls out of the zone when I suspect it. Sure, you get a cheap out at the plate if they put it on (and they don't foul it), but better that than giving up a virtually free run. If they want to be that aggressive with it - I will counter it as best as possible, and so far that's the best I can get since the bunts are almost always perfect.

I've seen your first issue a couple times, not sure what causes it. Just the other day the team I was playing sent two runners home, my throw to home was just late on the first guy but the runner behind him then ran through third and to home while my catcher stood there with the ball still. Felt like I was watching a lousy vaudeville act.

Second one has pretty much been a feature of The Show for years now. If the CPU has a runner on third with less than 2 outs and it's late in a close game then they'll try a squeeze about 9 times out of 10. There's really nothing you can do to stop this unless you throw wild pitches way out of the zone to ensure they can't make contact, at which point you get an easy out at home from the runner still coming in from third. Combat cheese with cheese, I guess.

I still have runners on first refusing to go to second when the next batter gets a hit. This problem has stopped me playing the game for months now. Does no one else still have this problem??

The runners on 2nd trying to score on a passed ball or wild pitch really kill it for me. If it happened once in a great while, I could get over it. It just happens way to often. I dont even understand how the game can even think it is legitimately possible.

ive seen both examples. the first was sort of similar but my was when the ball was hit to center field then he rounds 2nd base as my short stop catches the ball that was lobbed in from center field. easily get him out at 3rd

Example 1 appears frequently when I try a diving play with the infielder and the ball goes to left or right field.
