    2016 RTTS Pitching Reference

This will be a companion reference for RTTS pitchers. I am extrapolating for what level 1 of Break and Makeup would have been, since it's not possible to get level 1 for either SP or CP. The only position specific difference between SP and CP seems to be Stamina. Level 3 with starters is 65, where with CP it is 25.

General stats-20 bunting, 10 drag bunting, and 50 durability are only hitting stats pitchers start with.

    Velocity:

    1-20 K/9, 30 velocity first pitch, 20 velocity 2nd pitch, 15 velocity third.

    2. 30 K/9, 50 vel 1st, 40 2nd, 30 3rd.

    3. 40 K/9, 70 vel 1st, 60 2nd, 45 3rd.

    4. 45 K/9, 80 vel 1st, 70 2nd, 45 3rd.

    5. 50 K/9, 90 vel 1st, 80 2nd, 65 3rd.

    Control:

    1- 15 BB/9, 30 Control 1st pitch, 20 2nd pitch, 15 3rd pitch.

    2-25 BB/9, 40 Control 1st, 30 2nd, 25 3rd.

    3-35 BB/9, 50 Control 1st, 40 2nd, 35 3rd.

    4-40 BB/9, 55 control 1st, 45 2nd, 40 3rd.

    5-45 BB/9, 60 control 1st, 50 2nd, 45 3rd.

    Break:

    1-unknown-will extrapolate guess-20 H/9, 25 Break 1st pitch, 20 2nd pitch, 15 3rd pitch.

    2-30 H/9, 40 Brk 1st, 30 2nd, 25 3rd.

    3-40 H/9, 55 Brk 1st, 40 2nd, 35 3rd.

    4-45 H/9, 65 break 1st, 50 2nd, 45 3rd.

    5- 50 H/9, 75 break 1st, 60 2nd, 55 3rd.

    Makeup:

    1. unknown will extrapolate-also slash for starter/closer with stamina for 3 and beyond

    1. 55 stamina, 25 P Clutch, 15 HR/9.

    2. 60 stamina, 40 P Clutch, 25 HR/9.

    3. 65/25 stamina, 55 P Clutch, 35 HR/9.

    4. 68/28 stamina, 65 P Clutch, 40 HR/9.

    5. 71/31 stamina, 75 P Clutch, 45 HR/9.

    Fielding:

    1. 20 Field, 20 reaction, 35 arm strength, 30 Arm Accuracy.

    2. 35 Field, 35 reaction, 50 arm strength, 45 arm acc.

    3. 50 Fielding, 50 reaction, 65 arm strength, 60 Arm accuracy.

4-65 Fielding, 65 reaction, 75 arm strength, 70 arm accuracy.

5-80 fielding, 80 reaction, 85 arm strength, 80 arm accuracy.

    Velocity

The interesting thing about starters and closers is the different progression rate. First number will be the starter number to progress to 99, second will be the closer.

    K/9-14229 pts/12, 801

    1st-90 velocity-1206/1882

    2nd-80 velocity-2261/3552

    3rd-65 velocity-3280/5091

The other thing I noticed is that starters and closers seem to progress at the same rate for the hitting attributes. For example, Bunting was 2741 for both, Drag Bunting 10479, and durability 4884 points.

        Field-80-6038/3641
        Reaction-80-6038/3641
        Arm Strength-85-1210/1210
        arm accuracy-80-1545/1545

Pitchers can start at higher ratings than position players for these stars. I found that pretty interesting.
