One thing I would like to see changed about the morale is the pitching. sometimes I want to shuffle my pitchers because of off days, all-star break, injury, etc. But if you don't put your "ace" in the 1 spot, he gets mad. Not a big issue, but I would like to see some improvement in that area.

I'm really hoping, and expecting, that morale be improved upon this year. Last year was pretty basic and didn't function as smoothly as I had personally hoped.

On a bit of a side note, I wish Matty V would announce lineup cards again. I really miss setting my lineup, and then him going down the batting order. It just felt........ satisfying. Really added a lot to the presentation IMO

I loved having that in the game, believe MLB 08 was the last game to have it.

Is there a certain point of the off-season you guys would advise me to be in before starting with The Show 17?

Should I be in March just before spring training starts?

Or maybe January or February of the off-season?

I'm thinking anywhere in the offseason prior to selecting to Advance to Next Season should be good. I'm at the end of February and at the point of advancing to next season but I'm waiting to get '17 before I advance.

Clearly in the schedule it shows C.A.P. not "CAP", but anything to take a shot at the development team i guess

Just went back and read the live stream and deep dive schedule to get myself hyped and the part that says "new uniform sets" could very well just mean new uniforms such as the Padres updates or even new throwbacks or something like that. We can hope for more than that like more uniform slots or the removal of the slots period or any other changes but I'm thinking it may not be that much. Could be wrong of course.

Revamped Create-A-Player.

There are so many possibilities in my mind...I wonder if this purely has to do with new faces, hair, skins, muscle tone, etc...or if they have incorporated things such as tendencies that we can edit, additional abilities/ratings, new types of equipment (different jersey sleeve options!), etc.

I hope for the later vs. the former since that would mean the ENTIRE player base would be affected vs just CAPs.
