I was hoping they would add the gloves with only one finger hole for outfielder gloves as opposed to the open backs like infielder gloves. IMO, makes the two gloves look way too similar.

If they would get the bigger OF glove sizes in I would be happy, but they do have the glove models your talking about from old builds of the game. Its what they used for the OFers up until they got the licensed gear in the game.

Yea I was about to bring that up as well. Not sure why those were taken out, unless they didn't scan a model of a glove with a finger hole. They're also missing the trapeze web that is exclusive to outfielder gloves, different from the infielder glove trapeze web.

If that is not in could you please bring back like you did maybe 4 years ago, online teamplay please. I know lots of people that would purchase this amazing game if it were in.

Even if it was just for 2v2 would be great, one controls the outfield n the other controls the infield, rotate every other inning to pitch and while batting you go every other at bat. This was a great option when it was available.

Madden did the same thing, they had online multi player and it was fantastic. 2v2 or 3v3 was great gaming and a laugh fest. Both The Show and Madden should bring it back for one more year and put out the feelers n get some feedback and decide in the future if its worth it.

I have posted on here as well as the Madden forums about this subject and never get an answer as to why it has been removed. It doesn't seem like it would use to much space. It is also a great way to keep in touch with family members/friends who are out of state/country.
I do agree with this 1000 percent. I would love for this feature to be brought back. My friends and I used to love being able to play the entire game together rather than just switching the sticks between pitching and hitting.

I know with all of the amazing updates the team has done, this probably seems like a minor one...but I agree I would love for this to come back. I play NHL almost exclusively with my friends because of that reason. I would love to only play MLB no matter who is over

          Great input.

For #2 are you talking about 16 or 17? In 16 there was zero difference in the size of the gloves. To give your OFer's the right size glove in 16 you had to give them all the Nike Vapor 360. All other gloves were the 11.5 inch size of the glove.

Granted, it looks like the outfield version is just an enlarged version of the infield glove, but there is a noticeable size difference to make all the gove models passable as outfielder gloves. The thumb and pinky fingers should be longer like that Nike one.

There is no difference at all. All you have to do is go into replay during a game and you can it is the exact same size glove on the outfielder as the infielder. Im not sure how there could be a "noticeable" difference when its the 100% same size.

Killing two birds with one stone, it would be nice if an outfielder's glove with a trapeze and single finger hole looked like this

                Instead of this

If that is the case, then why didn't you mention it before I was asked to prove my stance? I said in my first post that there was a size difference if you compared the gloves in the editor, which there obviously is. One is bigger than the other. The video shows that. The reason I chose to use the editor to show the size difference is because the model pose, camera depth, and positioning are constant. Outside of that, it would be more difficult to prove one way or the other.

If you were talking about there being a discrepancy between what is shown in the editor and what is shown in game, then your stance is completely plausible. There are known bugs between the editor and what's shown in game, it been documented a few times before. But I don't think we are on the same page when it comes to there being a problem with glove sizes or not.

I was at work, thought you posted a picture. I can see what you are saying about the change in size in the edit screen now, unfortunately it just doesnt translate over to the game. Even the change is size in editor isnt drastic enough so I hope they get that fixed for this year.

On the subject of stadium errors/inaccuracies, has there been any word on whether or not the ivy at Wrigley will be fixed for the spring months?

It currently shifts from brown to green and then back to brown, etc...seemingly random.

It's not a game killer but have they fixed the height of the numbers on the Yankees jerseys ? They're too low on the back .. lol [emoji14]

The way I have been doing it since they removed without explanation is thru the shareplay feature PS4 thankfully has. Last year we completed an entire season and unfortunately got bounced in the playoffs. This year we are almost at the end of the regular season and playoff bound again...hopefully with less devastating results.

I do the hockey thing as well, same crew since nhl 09 put in the eashl its fantastic fun, which makes my head spin as to why they removed the teamplay from mlb and madden. What I find funny is that while the game is loading, one of the screens that pops up is....Co-op play. What the heck rite? Can't figure that one out for the life of me. anyway, hopefully we get a nice surprise and online co-op is a game mode. If not, just reply here and i can walk you thru on how to do the shareplay thing

Shareplay is great for playing a franchise online with your buds, especially if you are on the same team and like to play together. But even the slightest bit of lag can really disrupt the hitting and pitching for whoever is not hosting the session. For that reason alone it would be nice to have the feature back in.

Do either of you experience bad input lag? I've been doing a franchise through share play with a friend as well, but he gets a ton of input lag when I host the share play and vice versa if he hosts it.
