I know it's super late in the development cycle, but for anyone who uses 70s/80s/90s rosters, a dome with AstroTurf would be really cool. I'm not asking to change physics of grass, just give us that solid green flat color instead of grass(if it's too late, maybe DLC later??).
The Metrodome already has the dirt patches around the bases, which is the only stadium in the game that has that. I'm a huge 90s Astros/Mariners/Twins fan. Here are a couple of reasons for changing it...
1. No domed stadium with turf in the game.
2. Cover athlete is Griffey. A lot of people will be using him with the 90s Mariners. Kingdome had turf
3. The Twins glory years were in the Metrodome when it had turf.
4. Retro mode needs a turf stadium.
Sorry if this is a bit annoying, but I'm getting excited for the game. The Cap system is going to make historic rosters even better. And lastly, I'm not sure how difficult it would be to change the grass to turf, but given the fact that it's indoors and turf is really just one color/texture, I would think it's something that could possibly be done relatively quickly. Just an idea for this year or maybe next. Nice job SCEA, game is looking impressive.
