THis looks great. I hope they do in season commentary updates. Madden done it this year nearly on a weekly basis , so it can be done. Its just lazyness if its not done so lets hope this commentary stays fresh

If you're asking these announcers to come in week after week to record new lines of dialogue, then I am assuming that would require an entirely different level of commitment on their part. "Laziness" has nothing to do with it.

I wouldnt count on it, and to call it lazyness is a little ridiculous. i don't know these guys schedules but most MLB broadcasters are pretty busy with so many games to do. If i were them I wouldn't want to go record lines on my off days.

Football has so much off time for broadcasters it's not a reasonable comparison.

WOW!! This whole time we just need the ps3 to move out of the picture and the Show steps it up several notches. Commentary is going to breath so much new life into the game. Now all they need to do, is get one of the classic drunk announcers like Mike Shannon, or the Major League (movie) version of Bob Uecker and then we could officially have everything.

I did this myself get that $125 credit

too expensive for me, alone hdr monitor cost 1300 cdn + 350 ps4 pro. maybe when my ps4 breaks down or in a couple years. must be amazing in hdr. i would buy a 1080p hdr monitor. 4k can you only fully see more than 55". but i preorder mvp edition on psn. can wait for the game, next couple weeks will be good( franshise and rtts streams)

wow all this sounds awesome, the question I have is for those of us that will be carrying over franchises from 16 will we get all the overlays & presentations with 17 even though I am still in the 16 season

Plesac and Reynolds are there even if you don't select mlb network presentation theme too right?

Now that I actually say that I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever use the other two themes. I may never do that unless in the future the other teams are based off other real life network broadcasts as well. For now not sure why I would ever select any of the two generic themes.

I'd honestly be surprised if Lyons and Karros are still in the game. It depends on how the game is compressed and such, but The Show was already nearly capping out its Blu-Ray disc in '16 (I think they still use 50 GB discs). Given that massive stack of new commentary Ramone showed us, I don't think they would have just been able to add that into the disc without taking out the other two.

And yes, I know NBA has different broadcast teams despite this.

Yea I don't think it's two broadcast teams, I think they would have made a point to mention that and they never did.
