Tonight's stream final build?

As per tittle, is tonight's stream the "retail" build or will certain graphical amenities be turned off and saved for the graphical stream?

If these streams are "live", then I would think this would be a final build.
As for the graphical aspect, they wouldnt need to turn anything "off", just not really go into depth talking about those particulars. But, thats just like my opinion man lol and pure conjecture on my part.

They don't use retail. It's always the dev build. They do use the latest, however.

yeah, but it'll still be better to go over it with a fine tooth comb in the appropriate stream.
we all have eyes but I'm sure once they do that stream they can point out some things I might miss over. If they are only in one stadium tonight, then a lot of stadiums for the other stream, we can see more.

It could be the retail build but I have little doubt there will be a day one patch so I would not call it the final build.

Where do I go to watch the stream live? Usually I just catch the archived version later that night?

There is still a graphics stream scheduled. I wonder if they will hold things back for that stream.

I really hope they show the graphics tonight. The next couple of stream is about rtts which I don't play at all. I believe 17 is gonna be lit.
