As someone who plays a lot of franchise (and by play I mean sim and play the playoffs) I love the critical moments thing I'll feel more involved with my team. And the quirks will make playing more fun and I can make use of my bench players more, when in the past I honestly didn't care who I had on the bench.
I think I will say this, more speculation than anything but, they have a stadium artist or two or more (who knows), now that sun trust park is finished and I don't know of any new parks on the horizon. Maybe, just maybe, create a park/team will be next years or the year afters big thing, that's just me being hopeful.
That said, people that were honestly expecting that this year are crazy. If memory serves me right Ramone said that it would be about a 2 year process if they were gonna do it the proper way (I imagine this means more like adjusting dimensions like ncaa 06 and 07 and then the extra off field stuff like mvp 05, meaning nothing like we've seen before). And i think he said that last year so if anything, that'd be next year. People tend to forget this is a small team compared to the 2k group. People also forget how easy it is to make a stadium creator for a closed stadium that's dark with only 20000 seats as opposed to an open air stadium with 40000+ seats with a city often in the background. People expect unrealistic stuff in an unrealistic time frame and get mad when they don't get what they want. Unreal.
Sure, I wanted that so much this year. I've wanted it for years. But I'm not gonna get upset because it isn't in. People need to calm down honestly. There's being constructive with your criticisms and being a huge baby about it. Just my 2 cents.
Bottom line is, most people don't understand how difficult coding is. As someone who has taken coding that stuff ain't easy. Take c++ coding sometime in college, have fun.
