I was unaware of any added single player challenges or modes. Are there really new single player diamond dynasty challenges?

Yes, on the DD stream they talked about "missions vs. CPU". Millennium also highlighted this on his stream summarizing the DD stuff. And there also supposed to be dynamic meaning they'll be adding more as the season goes on. Between that stuff, conquest and whatever else, there should be a decent amount of single-player content.

One of the missions they showed on the stream was winning 9 games with a Flashback SP to work towards getting a Chris Archer. Or something along those lines. Either that one was single player or a different one that was similar. But I'm positive some of the missions were single-player.

I must have the steel book. The Show is my #1 game and must be kept in pristine condition and displayed with all its steel book magnificence. Collecting digital cards are cool its my thing. MVP Edition. Wish it came with a stick of gum like or a pack of big league chew. Like the yesteryear's

standard I refuse to buy overpriced delux crap editions with games, with stupid little codes where you get skins or something which are worth nothing, it's amazing how many people spend more for such little extra

Ill be lucky to afford the standard version from what the wife told me today, so not even sure I will be able to buy game day1 now, but when I do buy it, I will go with the standard version, as I have no use for online play, or anything other than franchise mode.

So from what I can see the Digital Deluxe gets you the most packs right?

10 Pre-order packs and then 20 standard packs?

The Gamestop Hall Of Fame Edition looks like it includes

15 pre-order packs and 10 Standard Packs?

If I am paying extra then I want the most packs I can get. It looks like Digital Deluxe nets you 5 more packs which is not a lot but I don't really care about the hat in the HOF edition. If I cared about the hat then the HOF edition seems like the better deal.

Looks like digital standard it is, since my area Gamestop won't be doing a midnight launch (not enough pre-orders). Will probably do the same for Persona, for the same reason.

Standard. Don't play online and only like to create uniforms in DD then I'm done with it usually..

I never played DD before is that something that's is an online game, can I play it solo - and if yes is it fun playing solo? I don't do online modes.

Well, you need an online connection at least. The mode can be played VS. the CPU though (and also against other players' teams with the CPU controlling them). Conquest mode (sort of a baseball/RISK hybrid) is also an entirely single player mode where you can get DD rewards. You can also earn DD rewards this year from completing missions in Franchise Mode (those are likely stat milestones, introduction to features and such. we don't have all the details yet)

Is it fun? Well, it's as fun as playing the CPU any other time is. YMMV on that - personally I love playing the CPU in this game.
