That is very commendable of you man.

Hopefully your game is still unlocked when you get home tonight and you can enjoy playing it.

Based on a brief back and forth with Ramone, it should still be unlocked. Fingers crossed

Olympia, WA. Seeing if anyone has any luck finding it early around here.

Did they say if you getting that early copy was a mistake or if that was always the plan for those who won copies in the steam? Super curious.

I would say it was not the plan since on one of the last two streams Ramone was trying to figure out if the codes could even be entered early for pre-loading purposes.

If that wasn't the plan and they let him keep playing it then wow good job not punishing him for their mistake. Commendable.

I think game makers should stagger the release. For example this year regular price on March 28th. $80 for March 23rd and $100 for March 18th. They make more money and gamers willing to pay get what they want....

Then, people would want it on the 14th..

I think they should just send me the game as early as possible and... well... who cares about the rest of you guys???

That would decrease the development cycle. So I doubt that ever happens.

I would hate that. Eventually the normal game would cost $80
