Gotta laugh at this whole 'embargo' thing as if streaming a game a few days earlier then release date would effect peoples lives, in fact it would help sell the game even more, but apparently streaming a game a few days early is a crime and a big no no, what has the world come to, is it also illegal if you get the game early to bring friends over to watch you play it? because that is essentially the same as streaming.

If I got the game early and said hey come on over 200 people have a party and watch this game as I play it on a TV. does that break the embargo too?

I think the whole what has this world come to is a bit over the top.

Every major game has an embargo. It's been like this for a very long time.

As far as streaming, that's also a common thing to prohibit doing it. It sucks, but that's how it works with today's AAA titles.

Just to clarify for all those asking, I can't sell or ship these games. I work in sports and these are usually opened copies from the clubhouses that the players decide that they don't want, or can't use. I've got a few guys hooked up for meet and greets tomorrow with free tickets from the players, they will likely get a copy of the game from someone on the team if they stick around after.
