Oh it's accurate that all DD stuff will be reset on Tuesday at 12:00 am so if you are getting it for that no need to rush out.

I'm just more perplexed that a Gamestop is openly selling the game early. That would usually be an indicator that they have a deal with Sony in which case Gamestops around the country would be doing the same.

Just seems off to me, I would make sure to double check with them if you are planning on going Monday at 9pm if I were you.

Thank you. The associate told me when I went to pay off my pre-order that they would be selling it at 9 pm Monday if I wanted to come then. I guess I will wait until midnight. Oh is it midnight est or pst?

Eastern which is why I initially asked where you were. Stores in the pacific time zone are free to start selling at 9.

The GameStop where I usually p/u my copy is right near my work and on my way home. I stopped in yesterday just to give it a shot and played dumb about the release day to see if the guy would possibly somehow sell it early.

Of course, no luck but he did mention that they have been selling a few new releases at 9pm on Monday's before the actual release date on Tuesday. He said he wasn't sure if they were doing it for any other games this coming Monday but I could give him a call around lunch on Monday and he would know. I was surprised by this too and thought he meant midnight release but he reassured me and said that they have been doing some "9pm before release day" events recently.

Yea my Gamestop called me yesterday saying I can pick my pre-order up at 9 PM Monday... Was kinda hoping he said it was ready when he called..

For the record GameStop has been letting customers pick up new releases at 9pm est. Last week when in there I was told the Show could be picked up at 9pm as well.
