Official 2017 uniform errors and omissions thread
Can someone make a post with which matte helmets have been added so I can update the master post? Orioles for sure. Need confirmation on rangers, Mariners (not throwbacks) and a few others. Thanks.
As for the post about the Pirates not having a pullover, nobody does. It's a template issue.
I checked mariners for a road game and they had the matte helmets. Also rangers have blue matte helmets.Comment

Rangers blue and red. Orioles white front helmet, they didn't add the black with orange bill they use with their home alternate jersey and on the road. White Sox. Mariners.

Re: Official 2017 uniform errors and omissions thread
If you saw my earlier post they corrected the Home Alt. When the Orioles wear the black alt at home they wear the white paneled helmet. The hats and helmets are paired together this year. So you can use the black helmet with the orange bill with the black jersey if you select the road hat.
Ah. So they only use the black with orange bill on the road now?

They use the black with orange billed "O's" hat with the black jerseys for Friday home games. The white and orange jersey's are paired with the white paneled hat.
The Orioles have one of the best uniform combos in the league.Comment

Re: Official 2017 uniform errors and omissions thread
Posted much earlier but worth mentioning again now that we have the "New Era Stars & Stripes 59FIFTY" cap as an individual item (vs a complete uniform) that can be selected. Still missing the Cardinals blue road hats, worn vs any team that wears red hats at home and the Cardinals blue/red Sunday home caps. Both of those are worn more than just once a year, and both were in the game last year. Looks like a hat doesn't HAVE to be slotted with a uniform, so it doesn't make sense why they're missing this year.Comment

Exactly. Both alternate hats were in previous versions of The Show. Not to mention in '17 the Home/Away/ Home Alt hats are all the same(Essentially the home red cap) so not only are we missing two KEY components to the uniform but we also have the same exact cap taking up 3 slots. I just don't understand the explanation if there even is an explanation.

Re: Official 2017 uniform errors and omissions thread
Kind of curious as to why they bothered with the Stars/stripes cap and not the uniforms or the other one off caps like Mother's Day. I knew I saw a screenshot somewhere a few months back with that as an option. I bet it's always been on disk, but locked out until images were released. Nice touch, but also sort of useless.Comment

Re: Official 2017 uniform errors and omissions thread
Supposedly, they got every uniform in the style guide in the game. So that makes me think that either they missed a hat, or the Cardinals haven't updated their style guide.

Re: Official 2017 uniform errors and omissions thread
I believe I read earlier that with the uniforms being put together in sets this year, every set is matched with its hat listed in the style guide, and every Cardinals uniform is paired with the red hat as the standard set, so that's why we only got the red hat this year.Comment

Re: Official 2017 uniform errors and omissions thread
The Tigers have worn their 1945 road jerseys once a year for the last three seasons or so. Any chance us Tigers fans can get some uni love? Replace the 1979 home unis (but not the road ones, those rock) or the 1918 home or road if you have to.
Also, is there a way we can get out actual spring training uniforms in the game? The ones in there now are batting practice unis and they are absolutely brutal. In real life the spring training home unis are a simple, solid blue jersey with a white D, white numbers, white letters and white pants with a blue stripe.. Also in real life the spring training road unis are all blue with an orange D, orange letters and orange numbers and gray pants with a blue stripe.Last edited by ntpj01; 05-01-2017, 04:39 PM.Comment
