Just wondering if everyone who bought digital deluxe gets the same starting cards (ie gold loyalty reward, gold live, and flashback) or are they randomly generated? Also, are the digital deluxe cards sellable in the market (I know the loyalty ones are not).

Randomly generated and they can't be sold. Cards from packs can be.
