I did an online preorder and when I went to pick it up in store the girl said I couldn't get the bonus since I didn't do the order in store. That's dumb as hell. Anyway I called and gamestop gave me a code.

I called my gamestop just a few minutes ago and he seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. Tried to tell me they were in the HoF box. I told him those are what I got for buying the HoF edition but that they had their own pre-order promo. Told me to call back about 2:30 because he had to contact someone.

I called my gamestop just a few minutes ago and he seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. Tried to tell me they were in the HoF box. Go in and have them reprint the receipt on your order. I just got mine. It didn't auto print due to early release before time last night.

Also they have backup codes in case of this type of issue.

I just went to my Gamestop and they reprinted a receipt for me with a code on it. I haven't tested the code yet as I am work but hopefully it is all good now.

Just called my GameStop. They told me since I preordered online it didn't register to put the codes on there since I didn't do it in store. However, they just told me to bring in the receipt and they will change it out as if it was an in-store preorder so I can get the codes. Dumb as hell but at least I'll get them.

Just one, that is in the middle of the receipt and says code for Bonus DLC.
