Matt Adams was glitched as well, but I've traded him away, so am unsure if it still happens with him. I'd say probably so.

batting looks awful at times.. especially when the batter flips the bat and catches it in his back swing.... never remember to take a video but im sure some if not most know what im talking about

Was just playing as the Rockies and it seems like Dj Lemahieu, Nolan Arrenado, Carlos Gonzalez all have glitched swing animations. If you go into replay mode and watch them swing, the bat will morph in a very not smooth way into moving to hit towards the ball. I am sure these are not the only players in the game who have this issue, has anyone else noticed this?

Its ironic because all three of these dudes stances are completely wrong... Story's stance is junk too. Actually... Most of the stances of of Rockies players are terrible. Speaking of terrible, has anyone seen the player model of Tony Wolters then actually looked at Tony in real life...? Its embarrassing how wrong they got Tony.

its almost all swing animations are bugged. what happens is the bat stays in the spot it starts at while the player animation plays for swinging, then the players hands land on the bat again.

So I must be experiencing something different. What ever is going on for me is definitely affecting swing timing. I can't catch up to anything with Goldy and I bat JD right after and I am so far ahead of everything with JD because I have to swing soooo early with Goldy. Pretty much have to guess on every pitch and hope for the best.

Totally kidding, I see this all the time! I had to change Willson Contreras' stance because his is glicthed out. I also see glitchy pitching animations. Yes, it looks terrible!

I think this is related to the swing follow-through animation options.

I had the same issue with some created players that used a one-handed follow-through...can't remember which one-handed option though. I changed their follow-through to a 2-handed option, and the issue went away.

I don't know if you can modify the follow-through for non-CAP's, but if so, it may fix the issue for you.
