Balks; Variable Strike Zone

Hey guys, I was setting up my settings the way I like them and can't find the balks option or the variable strike zone option like in previous years. Anyone know if I'm just missing where these options are located or have they been taken out of the game?

Think it is under general->advanced.

You can't adjust those setting in game. Or in a DD game at least. I had the same issue when I was trying to turn the strike zone off, I found it once I went into the menus and gameplay options from there.
