Patch question

All of these problems such as too many homeruns, weak bat sounds, and crazy ball physics.....can these be fixed via patch or are we to just live with it?

Once the ball passes over the infielders heads some invisible rocket boosters turn on and the ball just goes and goes until it hits a scoreboard (or a building)...

maybe too many HRs is user related? I've given up 2 in 8 games

while that is true. I think the wind also seems to have a much bigger impact this year as well. because there are flyballs that just look like popups but just carry and carry until they land in the seats.

This is a true statement. I hit a homerun with Greg Garcia of the cardinals. He's a scrappy infielder. How far was it? It was 599 feet! This is insane this year.

There are still WAY too many pop ups to the catcher and balls never die when they hit the wall, they always bounce back to the fielder like a super ball. That definitely needs to be patched.

Honestly I don't see the long HR problem, or at least haven't yet. Obviously there's somehing to it for a lot of people but the longest I've hit in game was 472 with Chipper. And the longest hit was by my boy Todd in HR derby at 512 in SF.

An interesting question could be are a high % of the people seeing really long HRs happening too often mainly zone users? I only use directional and have never in my life used zone as I feel it gives the user the unrealistic ability to have players outplay their ratings.

What about the CPU starter pitchers. It's a complete disaster this year. They get pulled so quick now. I can't believe this was missed in QA. The manager removal slider doesn't work either, has no impact. Game is unplayable until this is patched

I really like the physics for the most part, but some ball rolls look very weird on some liners. They just look off, not all hits roll all the way to the wall as stated above.
