How many games do you guys set your season / franchise up for? 162 or 82 ? Do play the full 162 or sim through some of the series? Also what team are you guys using?

I do a lot of different scenarios but its usually season 162 and never under any circumstance 82, thats blasphemy. I almost always play but have from time to time simmed.
Right now I'm doing a one quick braves season with the 2017 default rost, fully 1 of 5 and the other 4 are played with quick counts on. I'm just trying to get the one seaon in and when I'm done the new OSFM will be waiting on me.
One of the different scenarios I ran back in Show 15 was the 14 game season mode, played every teams home game, 210 games. that was with qc on also.
but as for 82 never. If I'm going to play that many then I may as well play the other 80 as well.
When I'm done with the braves default season and move onto OSFM 17, I will play an Orioles season (also with default rosters) concurrently with the franchise osfm braves, so I can have a break from the serious business of atlanta ball and just play for some mindless fun.
damn I play this game too much, the Show is addictive as caffeine and chocolate, my other 2 biggest vices

I would if I had the time. I'd never finish a season though. I probably will do 1 every 5 and do quick counts or the quick manage node, whatever it's called for the other games.

I've gotta have it set to 162 games so I can get realistic stats. As far as playing/simming, in years past, I normally followed the "Play 1, Sim 5" rule. This year I think I'll probably use Quick Manage for the games I used to sim and then jump in towards the end if it's interesting. So my new rule will be "Play 1, Quick Manage 5." Haha. I'll probably mix in some critical situations as well.
As for the team I'm using, I'm leaning towards the Angels. They have a decent MLB squad with an elite piece to build around, but a very weak farm system. I feel like they're on the line between rebuilding and competing now.
