I have seen the showtrack for one home run and every time Rajai Davis scores from second lol.

Initially, I was impressed with the feature, but it gets a bit old after awhile. There is only so many times I can hear that Rajai Davis is running anywhere from 18-20 mph.

The other stat overlays that I see from time to time that I like much better and add to the presentation:

    After stolen bases
    After some rbis
    After doubles
    Pitcher Starter Comparison
    Standings
Pitcher's line (this one is quite rare)

However, as has been said in general the OSDs are infrequent. I wish we could get a couple dynamic ones per inning that reference team rankings in the last ten games, player leaders last ten games etc
At this point, I would take that...I have seen zero, none, zilch. I thought you would see them if you chose the MLB Network Presentation, instead of Theme 1 or 2. But unless it is patched, There is no difference except for the MLB Network logo on the score banner. I really liked what they showed during the Livestream.

      Re: Stat overlays

I have been thinking about an idea I have for stat overlays. This seems like the place to mention it. I normally play on hybrid or broadcat to get stat overlays even though the game takes longer because of the cut scenes. Although the cut scenes are ok, they aren't essential to me.

Would people be interested in a fast mode that skips the cut scenes (like they do now) but include all the stat overlays?

To me this would be the perfect mode. That way I can get in games quicker, but not miss out on my favorite presentation element.

Wish they would make them more frequent, i also think they are tied into having players in the top ten in a stat category. In 16 the only stat overlay i ever saw was for stolen base's with delino deshields being among the leaders, i wish/hope it isn't the case but feel that is what triggers stat overlays.

One stat that i would like to see or hear about is with RiSP and it would be great to see players career avg and total's once and awhile.

MLB Network's new presentation style/graphical overlays is not reflected in the game. I hope this is something that can be patched in so that we won't have to wait till next year for it.

I've been expecting to see stats stats and more stats on the screen during my franchise games. I see actually VERY few of them, if any.
