    Question about broadcast packages

For those who have already started franchise...

I'm curious...say you're using the Rangers in franchise.

For games not on MLB Network, if you don't change the defaults, are ALL Rangers games on Theme 1 or Theme 2, or is it completely random each night, where both Theme 1 or 2 are seen.

For home games, I mean. It would be nice if smaller market teams had theme 2 and larger markets had team 1 (which I feel is better looking)

Would be neat if it had the same package every game unless you were on MLBN.

    Re: Question about broadcast packages

Not sure the answer but from what the devs said theme 2 is generally meant for minor league games and theme 1 is for major league games that aren't MLB network games. Not sure how strictly that's adhered to in franchise though but that's how they were designed to be used. I do like your idea though, hopefully down the line there's 4 or 5 generic major league themes and each team kinda had their own throughout the seasons.

In my Phillies franchise, everything that hasn't been an MLB Network game has showed up as Theme 1. But you can change it to whatever you want (even making non-MLB Netowork games MLB Network presentation). I personally like the idea of having certain games designated to MLB Network presentation. It makes it feel more special. It doesn't hurt that Theme 1 looks pretty nice. I'm not really a fan of Theme 2, which is more like last year's overlays. I was never a fan of last year's stat overlays.

Agree with you completely on the thoughts you have here. I was a fan of theme 2 last season, but that was before MLBN and Theme 1, which blow it out of the water.

I watched a game on MLB Network Tuesday and i noticed that they were using a new broadcast graphic package thats not in the game. Not game breaking but it would be nice to have the new one.
