I've looked everywhere for this stat. Fangeaghps, baseball reference and so on. Does anyone know where I can find it. Pitchers batting average against with runners in scoring position would also be huge. Thanks in advance. I want to use this stat for players clutch rating. 3 year span would be big as well.

below number of outs in inning and above leveage
you will find bases occupied and clutch stats
they have everything you could hope for, and more.
bases occupied
risp, men on, o out, 1 out, 2 out, and much much much much much more.
clutch
2 outs risp, late and close, tie game, within 1 run, ahead, behind, and more.
FWIW BR defines late and close as:
