BLUF - I am unable to assign specific profiles to teams. It always assigns the default profile to all 30 teams........Explanation - I have ran 30 Team Control for years. I previously used it to monitor trades. But, I wanted to use it this year so I could use MikeLowes suggestion on moving all LRP to MRP....this is supposed to help the multiple innings thrown by relievers. Anyway, I went in and created a separate Profile (named CPU) with everything turned to AUTO....just like I have always done. I then went and assigned CPU Profile to all the teams, except the team I was controlling.....just like I have always done. But, things got a little weird when I went in to start my franchise. First, it came up to the Orioles. No big deal, it always defaults to them because of alphabetical order. However the first block of the three on this page was set to Manual (cant remember what they were in order, but it was scouting, lineups, etc..). The other two blocks were on AUTO. So, I went to the first block and hit SQUARE to turn to auto. Next, I went in and checked the settings and it was set to my Profile....same thing for every team. So, I changed the profile to CPU..It didn't save the change, unless I changed the Default Profile....when I did that, then it changed all teams to that profile. So, basically no matter what I did all teams had the same profile set up to run their franchise. I also went and double checked the Team Association, but they were all correctly assigned.....29 CPU Profiles and my 1 Human Profile. Like I said, I have used this 30 Team Control for years, but something is definitely not working correctly. Is it Operator Error or Game Error. All assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I noticed this year for some reason after you initially set up 30 team control, you need to go into your main user profile and reset everything to Manual. It would change things by itself to auto for some tasks. I think it has to do with the new set up menu up front with how much control or less control you want etc. It always defaults to the Orioles of course because they are first up.....so you set some things to auto and it shows up on your main user profile once you start franchise.
Then check your CPU Franchise profile and make sure you have what you want to manual and set to auto.
Apply those changes to both when you get out of the user settings menu.
Then you will be good to go.
It is a minor quirk.....but it drove me nuts too after setting up multiple franchises for slider testing LOL. Finally figured it out.Now Playing on PS5:

Set the teams to the profile you want in the set team association page. I believe that even when you then go into CPU teams to see what they are doing, the individual page blocks will show 'auto' or 'manual' based on your Default profile setting, but they still behave per their set team association assignments. I had the Yankees as my default set to manual lineups, all other teams set to 'auto' in a second profile, and though they say 'manual' in the team page, the CPU teams are making their own adjustments and not waiting for me to change it for them.Comment
