What difficulty is everyone playing on this year?

I wanted to get an idea what difficulty the community has been playing most of their games on this year.

I've been playing on All-Star the past few years because to me it felt like the most balanced difficulty. However, this year i've been absolutely dominating All-Star and for the first time in years i'm considering moving up to Hall Of Fame.

How is the Hall Of Fame difficulty (for those that use it)?

HoF. It seems HoF is last year's All-Star...or that is how it feels to me.

    Edit: This is for hitting.

Default Hall of Fame across the board.

Thanks for all the fast responses!

Seems like Hall Of Fame is becoming a popular choice. Think I'll be bumping it up before my next game.

I love HOF this year, for both hitting and pitching. You don't have to be 100 % perfect when pitching, but you can't live in the middle of the plate either. My strikeout and walk numbers have looked very good vs. the CPU because of the way HOF makes you pitch.

And HOF hitting works for me because of my style of hitting - I'll usually try to sit on a spot with the PCI and take everything that isn't near that spot until 2 strikes. The HOF plate coverage isn't large enough to let me fully cover the plate with 2 strikes, so I do strike out some. The CPU also seems to throw fewer strikes, which potentially gives me a chance to draw more walks (though I still have to have a good eye).

I play Zone/Meter, so YMMV. Nothing feels remotely cheap to me about HOF this year. It's just a good challenge if you're assuming a high level of control over your game's outcome.

same. that keeps me teetering between veteran and all-star at hitting
and all-star and HoF at pitching. I have my Difficullty Sensitivity Slider set at 10 to really keep that needle moving. Fielding is Button Accuracy for throwing, No Feedback from the meter and Throwing Difficulty is all-star with the actual fielding set on auto. I wonder why theres no dynamic difficulty on throwing difficulty.

Started on veteran but now on all star and hoping to go to a higher difficulty later in the year

I've got hitting on Veteran and pitching on All Star. Sometimes hitting feels a little easy and sometimes pitching is a little tough, but I think it evens out. I probably win a good bit more games than I lose but I have fun.

All-Star hitting but will probably be bumping it up soon

I have switch to dynamic and I love how it plays. I cant play on the high difficulties anymore, like I use to be able to do.

My pitching seems to hover just under HOF level, but hitting is where my struggles are at, and it jumps around from anywhere between rookie and veteran.

For anyone who is hesitant to try dynamic dont be, its done very well, and your stats stay realistic, which was where my concerns were and why it took me forever to give it a try.

HOF across the board. Pulse pitching, meter throwing, stride analog hitting.
