I wonder if players with low bunt rate but high contact rate bunt better than players with low bunt rate and low contact rate.
and vision, does vision play into bunting

I'm pretty sure this is the same the bunt cheese that was in last year and nothing new. I'm pretty sure I remember hearing that the bunting issue was only fixed for online play and left alone for offline play (Franchise, Play Now, RTTS, Season, etc). Someone correct me if I am wrong on that.

I also think Nomo is right. The issue comes to down the CPU not massively changing it's defensive shifts on hitters. It sets up one way when the game starts and really only changes when you get into a double play setting. I don't think I have ever seen a shift in OFs during the game or seen a change in the IFs between 2 ABs outside of a double play situation.

Adaptive shifts and dynamic spray charts are the two things at the top of my wishlist for this game.

I tried this three times in a game today, twice with Jay Bruce and once I believe with Granderson. I popped out once with Bruce and then each guy did it for a hit. The hits were terrible bunts though that rolled in to shallow left field so it's not like my guys were unrealistically good at bunting. I even noticed if guys that got overshifted on came up with someone on first, the infield was in double play depth with everyone at their regular position, so I've only been able to do it with the bases empty
