Anyone else still play The Show 16?

I have found myself playing the game the last werk or so. The Diamond Dynasty stuff keeps you pretty busy with all the tasks. I have thought about buying the new one just not sure I can shell out another 80 dollars for it. Especially with all the complaints.

Well there are a few threads going about '16. Quite a few of us have actually gone back to '16 after playing '17. Myself included. I am not saying that '17 is a bad game, I am just having more fun and enjoy '16 more.

Yes. Took a break to play Madden 17 for a few months, had fun, got bored, went back to my MLBTS 16 franchise. Probably going to start a new RTTS soon as well.

I apologize if they're was mutiple threads. I just took a quick glance my bad. A lot of people are telling me I saved my money so I'm just enjoying 16 as well. I'm trying to find some Diamond Dynasty guys who have players just sitting around not being used. It's hard to buy things in Auction for obvious reasons.

I planned to buy '17 when I heard Junior was going to be the cover man. I think it will be a great game once they finish patching it up.

I've since picked up '16, which I had skipped. (which I am deeply regretting!)

I am hesitant about going forward. I HATE 'player morale' garbage being coded into games, and I have no doubt it will be glitchy with the rosters I plan to use/create.

I probably stick with 17, only because 16 1.09 patch did not fixed the auto baserunning problems. It was working until I changed my pass word and reinstalled.

I am. I've actually had MLB 17 sitting on my shelf in the plastic for two or three weeks, but just haven't had the will to switch yet.

I'm mostly focused on finishing the current season in my Franchise (about to wrap the regular season in a couple days), so I guess I might move over then. The new ball physics and MLBN presentation are really the only incentives for me to switch over, due to a lack of real changes to Franchise this year.

Honestly, the only thing I miss about '17 is the intro.

I wouldn't call it hate. I think some people are resistant to change or take more time than others to acclimate, which is fine. I think there are even a few who legitimately like previous versions better, which is also fine.

Doesn't mean they hate 17. Hate's a strong word. They just have a preference, and even if you or I don't understand it doesn't make it wrong.

Then there are the legitimate game bashers, but I really think the threads on OS about 16 vs 17 have managed to avoid that and be constructive so far.

I guess my point is that understanding isn't really a requirement.

PS big fan of 17 so far you guys be crazy yo :P
