A few years ago I'm sure many of you remember when we could see pending trades in franchise mode before they went through and were finalized. It gave those of us using 30-team control a chance to veto unrealistic trades before they ever happened. Now, however, this has been removed and has been gone for the past few seasons on The Show. It's strange because the screen for pending trades remains, but none of them ever show up there.
Furthermore, how do we even keep up with trades they happen around the league? Sometimes I'll receive a notification about a big trade but there's been many trades that I didn't know about. For example, I just finished a two-game series with Tampa Bay and Ichiro was on the Rays. I looked back at Tampa Bay's transactions and there's no mention of a trade or how he was even acquired. I really wish this feature would be improved upon. For the most part I'm fine with the CPU to CPU trades that occur but I'd at least like the chance to veto them if they are unrealistic.
