Would going from a TV with 38ms of input lag to a TV with 16ms of input lag help?
Would going from a TV with 38ms of input lag to a TV with 16ms of input lag help my hitting noticeably? (I refuse to get one of those small gaming monitors because I want to watch TV on my screen and am used to big screens for gaming/TV too.)Tags: None -

I was playing on a TV(even in game mode) and I was a Rookie/Veteran level hitter. I got a gaming monitor and now I'm hitting on Allstar/Allstar+. I thought I was a terrible hitter. Turns out that was only partly true lol.Comment

It's estimated that a human can spot and absorb information at a rate of 24hrz, which equates to once every 4.17 milliseconds. Ideally, you'd want your refresh time to be under this number, but the closer you get to it the better.Comment

This so much. i have a Computer monitor I play on and every once in a while i will switch to TV. it's horrible, laggy, and just overall a bad experience."The designated hitter rule is like letting someone else take Wilt Chamberlain's free throws."
