    Double switches broken post-patch?

Had two separate incidents of weird double switches last night.

Pre-patch, when you double switch, it asked you what spot in the batting order you'd like the pitcher to pitch, then it asked you to make a player selection (for the position player you'd like to sub). Thus, rearranging the batting order.

Now (post-patch) it just asks me if I want to keep so-in-so in the game. It doesn't allow me to select a new batting spot for the pitcher at all. Also I've noticed that "so-in-so" tends to be the last person I subbed into the game, which means if I subbed someone in as a pinch hitter, it asks me about keeping that person in the game.

    Am I missing something?

Another similar issue that's been around forever happens when you use a pitcher to pinch hit. It makes you pitch him for at least 1 batter the next half inning. This is also a cheesy way to get a second starter in the game during DD.
