Is there any slider that will tone down the number of times a pitcher throws over to 1st? Every time I get on base the pitcher throws over 8-10 times in between pitches. Eventually I just take off for 2nd, and make it about 80% of the time due to the glitch where the 1st baseman just lobs it to 2nd, but I don't like taking advantage of glitches. But I also don't like waiting forever for the pitcher to decide to pitch one.
