Force Trade Issue

Has anyone came across this issue yet. I can't seem to make trades despite force trades on. I have tried to acquire Howie Kendrick and now Solarte and when I propose the trade it comes up interesting offer, but not what we are looking for. I even tried Donaldson and Sanchez for Solarte and same message. This is annoying me. Any info would be greatly appreciated

I just tried these trades in my Blue Jays franchise for fun to see if it would work but I got the same message as you did. (I have force trades on aswell). I tried giving them a bunch of different players and it still said the same thing...

I hope someone has fix that can help you because it is a really annoying glitch.

Yea I agree. I managed to get Solarte but had to give Howell as well to make them take it. Maybe a new patch will fix it.

Well I tired upping my budget and even made even deals with even players and no dice. I could trade all along but not anymore. I can't really trade with either team for anyone unless I work with what they suggest.

U try adding money on their side and from their side? Ive dealt with this before as well and it was either a player limit or a money issue. Usually id have to take a big contract back from them

One trade it was for Howie Kendrick and his 10 mil contract so money wasn't the issue as I purchased 20 mil budget with my show points to eliminate that. It still didn't work

Next was Solarte which was 3 mil so shouldn't have mattered. I was only giving 2 prospects. I even tried to add a scrub from their side with the same message. They suggested the same deal but with JP Howell added (who's 3 mil). That is a glitch because every deal shouldn't have to be perfect salary. I think it's a bug, which I hope gets fixed next patch.

Which month of the year is this? I did recently have this issue a few weeks ago in early April, as Osuna went down for the year and I was trying to aquire a replacement bullpen arm who was in AAA and it would not let me.

I forgot about it but simmed a bit and now trades are fine....

One trade it was for Howie Kendrick and his 10 mil contract so money wasn't the issue as I purchased 20 mil budget with my show points to eliminate that. It still didn't work

It may be the cpu teams budget, not yours.

It was in July at the all star break. I will try again prior to the deadline.

It couldn't be the CPU budget as I was acquiring 10 mil and giving 2 so it wasn't putting them over the cap. The Solarte deal I was giving 1 and taking back 3.5. My franchise budget was 25 mil or so after I purchased the budget.

I sorta found a fix... I was trying to acquire Curtis granderson in my jays franchise for a couple prospects but I got the message that you did saying that they were interested. (Had force trades on). What I ended up doing was signing a free agent to the same amount as grandersons contract (15mil). I then added the guy I signed to the orignal trade for granderson including the two prospects and then it worked and they accepted the trade.

Maybe it was just a fluke but let me know if it works for you.

That was my theory. That you have to have salaries matching. I think it's a bug with the new patch because it's new to me.

Yeah let me know how it goes.

Didn't work for me. I went to get Howell back and signed a FA for 3 mil and tried a 1-1 and it said not interested at this time :/ both identical salaries. Force trades is definitely bugged!
