I saw a post on here about how someone had their fielders lollygag to a liner.
Answering that, I'd like to suggest workrate quirks for baserunning/fielding.
There can be a high workrate quirk, perhaps for fielders like JBJ, Trout, Kiermier, etc. having the player always sprint to the ball until told to stop.
The other quirk would be a low workrate, having low-rated fielders or DHs playing in the field jog to the ball more(I.E. Nelson Cruz, Gattis, players like that).
Just an idea.
