Local multiplayer one-team franchise ideas

HELLO

me and my housemate are looking at starting a one-team franchise this year but we can't quite work out how to share the load, so to speak.

we do a madden franchise yearly where i play quarterback and he takes the running backs. obviously with baseball it's a little more difficult to split up the positions as smoothly.

has anyone played a local multiplayer with a friend on one team? how did you decide to play?

I had so much fun with my ex-roommate when we did this.


I liked pitching better and he likes fielding better so not much complications for us! I was the pitcher and he was in charge of the other 8 players.


At bat, we did alternate. Sometimes, when one of us was better with a certain player, we switched or went to the plate 2 times in a row.

Hmm I'm curious how the heck did you manage to pitch while he field.. Do you press start every time contact is made then hand him controller lol..I feel like that would throw off timing and reactions

When you play multiplayer like the, you designate who does what

Use two controllers. You can set a ton of different options. With my friend he pitches and field, and I bat.
